The clean and comfortable accommodation offers King, Queen, or Twin size beds with private and shared bathroom. At a 1200-ft. elevation, temperatures range from 85F (30C) during the day to 65F (18C) at night for a comfortable stay.

Awaken to the fresh, gentle breeze of tradewinds and sounds of native birds outside your window. Watch the sun take its morning path down the slopes of Mauna Kea from the bright and roomy dining room, while feasting on a gourmet breakfast of Kona coffee, a variety of fine tea, tropical juices, fresh island fruits, delicious Hawaiian sweet bread, Hawaiian passion fruit, papaya, or pineapple jam and a special daily menu from Chef Jane.

Guests are welcome to stroll or jog the 430-yard lane encircling the estate, or simply lounge in the sun and enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. A large sitting room with TV, an art studio, and a billiard table are available for the guests' enjoyment. Guests are welcome to go fishing in the 10,000 sq. feet, custom-designed fish and lotus pond right on the estate! Large color TV with video player for guests'

A private art gallery throughout the residence. There is also a private art gallery throughout the Residence, exhibiting the hosts' versatility in oil, acrylic, watercolor and oriental brush paintings.

For guests' convenience, there is ample car parking space on the gated property. Guests can store their own food and drinks in the guest refrigerator. Hot water is available throughout the day for making coffee or tea . Iron and ironing board are also available. A Billiard table on the outdoor covered-patio
